SHARDBALL is a portrait-first fixed-step party survival game. A deflectable hunter ball locks one stable fighter and crosses the rooftop in a published number of beats. When it reaches the Hare at ETA 1, a perfect parry redirects it to one chosen living rival. Every successful guard—human or rival—removes one physical layer from the exact plate beneath that fighter. Move during flight, guard only on impact, and remain above the court after every rival pad breaks.
