TIC·TAC·HEIST is a crooked three-in-a-row: you play X against a Dealer whose tic-tac-toe AI sharpens with every win. Bank coins for every match you take, then blow them in the Back Room on contraband — undo a doomed move, jam the Dealer's turn, X-ray its next move, or drop two marks at once — until you can finally out-cheat the machine.
