全3D回合制大战略＋即时战略战斗（公元395年罗马分裂与蛮族迁徙）。v1.3.2 排查并修复潜伏 bug：①首都守城 +25% 加成一直是死代码（读了不存在的 p.kind）；②地图纬度/经度常量在 3 处重复硬编码，改由 geo.js 单一定义；③夏季「+10% 行军」因行军点为整数取整而从未生效，改为夏季 +1 / 冬季 −1 行军点（帮助文本同步）；④补上经济结算函数 economyPhase 的调用（此前从未被调用，导致税收/威望从未增长、威望胜利无法达成）；⑤为随之"复活"的科技查表加空引用保护。另附审计报告 reports/audit-v1.3.2.md。
